[NoCat] GPG problem

Hi all,
I have this problem when a client tries to authenticate. I 
copied the file trustedkeys.gpg on the gateway, and also I 
changed permission to server's directory 
/usr/local/nocat/pgp and to the keys in it. But it still 
doesn't work. It seems not able to sign the outcome 
message. Here's /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log:
