[NoCat] checking mail filter for list

thats one of the main reasons.
I started of with ZoneCD and i just couldn't get it working. Another
important reason is a friend of mine had already worked with Nocat and he
has "thumbs-up" for it.
I wanted RADIUS implementation and Nocat operates smoothly.



The problem with Nocat is:
1. its pretty old isn't it? i mean there is no version update.
2.  Is the mailing list active?
3. I am not perl expert and thats where my struggle is.


Can anyone help me with the code?
