[NoCat] checking mail filter for list

 To be honest I migrated to Perfigo 3 years ago which has since morphed
to Cisco Clean Access and they have boosted the prices obscenely.

What is the most popular mesh implementation these days? Is bandwidth
throttling built in to the above distributions?
