[NoCat] unable to login, but skips works fine

Hello to all,

I am facing very unusual problem. When i try to login with userid and password i am getting internal server error. In apache logs it says :-

But when i click on skips button it works fine. I dont know what is the reason behind this plz help me out. One more error in logs which might be useful for debugging
