[NoCatNet] Problem NoCatAuth

Expensive Friends,

I am with a problem in the NoCatAuth. When somebody opens the WebBrowser 
however it does not make the authentication and the WindowsUpdate is 
qualified the NoCatAuth suffers one DoS. Somebody could help to decide 
me this problem.
