[NoCatNet] NoCatAuth -> Apache2 configuration problem

Hello,

I have installed the NoCatAuth gateway and authorization servers at the same
machine, for testing issues at the beginning.
I followed to the installation instruction and I got the gateway working,
but there is a problem with authorization service.
The problem is following:
When a user connects to the AP it redirect the request to the Auth. Server,
the login page is appeared as it should be.
But when user types the login and password, the answer from server is: "The
server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request".

I'm sure that user www-data is the owner of the dir -
/usr/local/nocat/authserv/pgp/

I think the problem is in the configuration of my Apache 2.2.4. Does anyone
have a configuration file for apache2?
If so, please let me know how should I configure the Apache2.

Since the installation tutorial was written for old version, the
configuration files of apache2 now is different. I'm using Debian Etch.
