[WNDW] Translations of the book - call for help

The total word count is 80,835.  The book was produced in Pages,  
which is only available on the Mac OS X platform.  I can provide a  
copy as RTF or as an MS Word document as well.  All of the  
illustrations are PDFs that were created in OmniGraffle (another OS X  
app.)  Some of these contain English words...  I can export those as  
EPS if needed.

I think that finding the tool that the translator is most comfortable  
with should help move things along.  As long as the work can be  
exported as a PDF through Distiller, it shouldn't be a problem.
