[WNDW] Website is up, mailing list is ready

Jim,

Yes sir, I will send the press release to y'all first, probably by the 
end of the day tomorrow. You'll have until 10pm to revise, then I'll 
have to draft the final version, so that it can be ready for our GMT launch!

We should also decide where we will send it. We do not want to be 
sending multiple copies to sources...

Rob, are you comfortable being our North American contact? Tomas, could 
we appoint you the European contact? Perhaps we should have an Indian 
contact too, someone over there near a phone? Though the book isn't in 
French, I can be our French speaking contact. Tomas can cover 
German/Danish and hell he speaks better English than me...
