[WNDW] Starting the presses again...

Okay, the PDF has been rebuilt and re-uploaded to Lulu.  I've just  
bought a rush copy of the new version, which should arrive just  
before I have to leave for Italy.  If it looks good, I'll open up the  
book for general sale.

It was pretty bizarre (and almost dream-like) opening up that book  
tonight:

But after many hours of research and fiddling with Adobe Distiller, I  
believe we finally have a winner.  Thanks for your patience...  I  
underestimated just how finicky Lulu's printers are.  The proofs I  
printed on my laser printer all looked gorgeous, I swear!

I think we should go ahead with the launch for Friday.  I've taken  
out the purchase links on wndw.net, and I'll have explicit directions  
on how to mirror it after some sleep.
